4 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz. bag frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion

Mix first seven ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
