2 c water
5 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 T  olive oil
1 T vegetarian chicken-like seasoning
2 tsp turbinado sugar
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sage
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 c rolled oats
1/2 c flax meal

Combine all ingredients except oats and flax meal in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add oats and flax meal. Cook until thickens. Let mixture cool. Make sausage patties and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Turn down heat to 300 degrees. Flip patties over and bake until browned on top. Very good!
