2 c water
4 T soy sauce, unfermented
1 T canola oil or olive oil
2 tsp turbinado sugar
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sage
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 c quick oats
1/2 c pecan meal
Combine all ingredients except quick oats and pecan meal in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add oatmeal and pecan meal. Cook until thickens. Wait until the mixture cools off. Make sausage patties. Drop olive oil in a hot skillet and cook until nicely brown on both sides. Very delicious!
