2 cups water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups quick oats
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. vegetarian beef or chicken seasoning, optional
Combine water and seasonings in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add oats and cook for 1 to 5 minutes. Use a small ice cream scoop and scoop onto prepared cookie sheet small amounts of oats and use the backside of a spoon to flatten and shape the sausage patty. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
