1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 stick agar broken up
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
your favorite graham cracker crust

Place cashews, agar and water on stove to full boil. Blend this for 2 minutes til smooth. Add pineapple juice, salt and enough ice cubes or water to equal 1 quart (4 cups) total mixture. Blend until smooth, then add crushed pineapple and blend again. Pour into pie crust. Chill for 3 or 4 hours, or overnight. You may serve with fruit topping.
