1 1/4 pkg elbow macaroni (boiled until al dente and drained)
1 recipe of cashew mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
few dashes of turmeric
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
CHOP UP ALL THESE VEGGIES FINELY
4 green onion (sliced very thinly)
4 cucumber slices diced fine
parsley (1/4 cup chopped finely)
4 dried tomatoe halves (diced finely)
1/4 cup black olives chopped finely
one whole celery stalk diced finely
1/2 yellow bell pepper (diced finely)

MIX ALL TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL…STIR WELL AND CHILL IN FRIDGE…

This is a recipe I made on my own. My boys love it, and it seems to be a hit everywhere I take it. Hope you enjoy. By the way, I do not use the vegenaisse because it has VINEGAR in it…
