1 cup medium/firm tofu
4 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. vegetarian chicken seasoning
Bragg’s liquid aminos to taste. Mash and saute tofu in a non-stick frying pan until most of the moisture has evaporated. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Sautee until flavors are throughout and vegetables are tender.
