1 large onion, diced small
1/8 c. olive oil
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour (or regular wheat flour blended fine in blender)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. Silk soy milk (original flavor)
Bragg’s Liquid Aminos to taste, optional

Saute onion with oil until caramelized. Add flour and salt; continue to brown. Whisk in soy milk all at once. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer to thicken. Serve immediately. If reheating you may want to add a small amount of soy milk.
