Good for Your Heart Butter

1 c coconut oil, melted
1/2 c soy milk
1/2 c lecithin granules
1/2 c peanut oil
1/4 c soy milk powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 c soy milk powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into any small containers. Set it in a refrigerator until firm, about one hour. It is spreadable and delicious!
