8 oz. soy curls (or package of Morning Star Meal Starters, Chicken strips)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 can pineapple chunks (in own juice)
1/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. sea salt
4 Tbsp. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup natural brown sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot

Place soy curls in large bowl. Boil and pour enough water over soy curls to almost cover them (if using morning star product, then no need to hydrate). Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain off water in colander. Drain pineapple chunks and save juice. Saute chopped onion, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, drained pineapple chunks and drained soy curls in oil until golden brown. Add nutritional yeast, sea salt and Bragg nutritional aminos. Mix well. Reduce heat to simmer. In a large bowl, combine sugar, lemon juice, saved pineapple juice and cornstarch or arrowroot. Turn soy curls to medium high and add mixture to soy curls. Toss until mixture becomes slightly thick. Take off stove. Let stand for 5 minutes. ENJOY!
