1 1/2 cup veggie meat (use your favorite, I like Griller Crumbles)
1 29 oz. can hominy
2 15 oz. cans kidney beans
1 6 oz. can olives
1 15 oz. can corn
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 16 oz. cans refried beans
1 4 oz. can green chiles
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Place all ingredients in saucepan and let simmer until flavors blend together. So simple!!!!
