1 cup fresh lemon juice
3 large cucumbers, peeled and coarsely chopped
3 Tbs. honey
3/4 tsp. dried dill
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
4 1/2 tsp. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
salt to taste, optional

Blend in blender all ingredients, except sunflower seeds and dried dill.
While blending, add sunflower seeds. Stir in dried dill. Let chill in refrigerator to let flavors blend. Yields about 2 1/2 – 3 cups.
