1/3 to 1/2 stick Agar crumbled(I crumble by hand)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
1 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice(Fresh)
1/2 pkg. firm tofu

Place gel in blender. Add 1/4 c. water. Let sit 5 minutes. Pour in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Blend til smooth. Pour into container or mold and refrigerate until set.

Note: you can use sliced green onions for a cream cheese spread on crackers and bagels
