1 1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 cup soy milk powder
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour (if use regular whole wheat flour, add 1/2 cup of water)
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
4 Tbsp. sweetener

Blend all ingredients well. Cook over top of stove until thick. Place in container and chill.
