Oat Waffles

2 1/4 c. water (cool)
1/2 c. clean raw cashews
2 Tbsp. soy milk powder
2 to 4 dates or 1 Tbsp. honey
2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Take 3/4 c. of water and blend with cashews until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, except 1/4 c. water. Blend. After you make your first waffle, add remaining water and blend again.
