1/3 cup sesame oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 7 oz. can diced green chilis
3 cups cooked tomatillos
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. McKay’s chicken-style seasoning (I use Vegan Special)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. cumin

Saute onions in sesame oil on low heat until onions are carmelized. Mix remaining ingredients. Place in food processor or in blender. Pulse until chunky like salsa if want to use this for chips or blend until smooth if want to use this for enchiladas.
