TOFU PATTIES

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal or ground bread crumbs
1 small onion, grated
1 cup soft tofu, mashed
1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp. soy flour

Instructions
1. Mix well.
2. Add just enough water to form into patties.
3. Brown on both sides in a skillet or on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes until brown.
