2 Tubs Tofutti Cream Cheese
1/2 cup natural sugar
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 Lemon or 3 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
Cream sweetener and Tofutti Cream Cheese. Mix in Remaining ingredients. Should be thick, but creamy, if not add a little milk until slightly creamy. Pour into your favorite pie crust. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (just to begin setting it). Put in freezer until firm, and then transfer to refrigerator.
