Preamble

We, the board of board of directors of MY GOSPEL WORKERS, have here set forth our beliefs as to the purpose for which this ministry was established and the principles under which we should operate. We pledge our efforts to the accomplishment of these purposes within these principles.

BASIC PURPOSE

My Gospel Workers is a self-supporting, multi-dimensional ministry that has a strong evangelistic focus, a commitment to the straight testimony message, and a burden to fulfill the gospel commission of Matthew 28:19, 20, which states: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you…” We exist for the sole purpose of teaching and preaching to the world the Three Angels’ Message found in Revelation 14, baptizing, and preparing men, women, and youth to be involved in preparing others for the soon coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

WHAT WE DO

The principal activity of My Gospel Workers is evangelism in partnership with local Seventh-day Adventist churches, other self-supporting ministries or churches, and the community. We aim to accomplish our evangelistic goals through crusades, campmeetings, classes, revivals, seminars, education, training, local church outreach, and the Internet. The first responsibility of My Gospel Workers is to work faithfully and to conduct activities that are consistent with principles set forth in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy.

VISION STATEMENT

The everlasting gospel preached to every individual, family, and household, through a network of churches, groups, individuals, and ministries committed to the Three Angels’ Messages of Revelation 14.

VALUES STATEMENT

Our guiding values are the principles used in our decision-making

Honesty Towards Our Supporters and Partners – to earn the continued trust and loyalty of our supporters and partners by being true to the purposes and principles outlined in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy and never to misuse that which is given in trust

Straight-forwardness in Our Preaching, Teaching, Media, and Publications - never to compromise on our presentations of truth to our partners, viewers, and supporters, and to any one who may come in contact with the work of this ministry

Transparency in Our Activities – to have openness, communication, and accountability in the activities of our organization. As given in the example of Daniel the prophet, when he was conspired against, others sought to find occasion against him concerning his activities in the kingdom, but “they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him” (Daniel 6:4). We desire that our organizational structure and the faithful execution of our duties for this ministry will enable our activities to be found without errors or faults.

Commitment – to sacrifice our own time, means, and efforts towards the promulgation of God’s last day message to the inhabitants of the earth and to encourage others to do the same

Evangelism Focus - to focus our efforts toward fulfilling the elements of the gospel commission of Matthew 28:19, 20, which are teaching, baptizing, and showing others how to observe the commands of Christ

Continual Focus on Quality and Efficiency – to deliver high quality media, publication, and performance, while also striving to be a low cost, efficient provider

Financial Growth – to develop and establish an organization that has sustainable growth and sound management, which will enable the ministry to be an effective vehicle for the spreading of the gospel

"The cause of God needs men and women who will stand on the platform of truth without wavering, and who will hold the banner of truth firmly aloft, so that no man can fail to see on which side they are standing. Their position is to be clearly defined. Their hearts are to be pure and holy, free from pretense or deception" (Our High Calling, p. 32)
