Garlic & Herb Pesto

Submitted by LuAnn 5 to 6 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/4 c. tofu parmesan “cheese” 1/2 – 1 tsp. salt 1 c. diced fresh basil 1 c. diced fresh parsley 1/2 c. pine nuts (or slivered almonds or raw cashew pieces) In blender, combine ingredients. Mix with your favorite cooked pasta.
