1 1/2 c cooked or soaked bulgur wheat
1/4 c oat flour
1/4 c gluten flour
4 tsp soy sauce, unfermented
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp celery seeds
1/8 tsp marjoram
2 tsp turbinado sugar
3 T nutritional yeast flakes
2 T tomato sauce
1 T olive oil

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix bulgur wheat, oat flour and gluten flour in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with hands. Scoop out 1/4 cup of portion. Shape into 5 inch long link size. Put it on spray oiled 9 x 13 cookie sheet. Space 1/2 inch between links. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. It freezes well. Serve on hot dog buns. Delicious. Makes 8 links.
