½ cup water (3/4 c. with Soyagen)
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup soy base or Soyagen
¼ cup oil (3/4 c. oil for thicker cream)
pinch of salt
1. Blend all ingredients except oil until smooth.
2. Slowly add oil, continuing to blend.
3. Stop blender and fold in 1 tsp. lemon juice.
