Karina’s Vegan Ranch Dressing

Submitted by Christine Guardo 1 cup vegan mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. parsley, chopped (I also add dill) 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk Whisk all ingredients together and chill before serving. Add a little more soy milk if you need to thin dressing.

Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Submitted by Margaret 1 avocado 1/2 cucumber, peeled 1 green onion (or may use 1/4 cup onion, chopped) 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dill weed (or can use basil) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Process all ingredients in blender; keep in tightly covered container.

Asian Dressing
