1 Tub Tofu, Extra Firm
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup nuts, blend to a meal in a blender (I like walnuts or pecans)
1 small can tomato paste
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp oregano
1 Heaping Tbsp.vegetarian beef-like powder
Braggs Liquid Aminos to taste
Salt To Taste

Smash Tofu in a medium sized bowl with fork. Will look like cottage cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees in small casserole dish until browned on top (about 45 minutes). Let cool 15 minutes in oven.
